Beneath a photo of Georgia Labor Commissioner Mark Butler, Chelsea Strong uses a computer in the Moultrie, Department of Labor office to look for work with her two sons. Strong said she left Sun Valley Farms on her own after watching what she felt was preferential treatment for migrant workers over native born workers. While some say the speed at which migrant workers work explains why so few locals work in the fields, Strong has a different take. "It's not that they were faster. I was faster than them," she said,"These people are scared. These people will bow down."
