I just finished my first piece of video for a freelance client. Oddly, I didn't even realize that's what I had done until I finished it.
The client was Thomson Bike Parts, for whom I have done a lot of still work before. The video concept was "A Day in the Life". Bike people, well the seriously obsessed ones anyway, are pretty interested in seeing how the high end parts they covet get made. Thomson has a reputation for beautiful and bullet proof work. Throw in some quick clips of riding related stuff and its like the proverbial meeting of chocolate and peanut butter.
I feel pretty good about the product. There are a handful of other videos that may flow from this one. I'm looking forward to the challenge.
Oh. That's me at about the 30 second mark.
